many indians watch hollywood movies, whether they watch it in the cinema or at home they r all watched, so its hypocrisy for them to then to be so alarmed to see just kisses in a indian movie, coz really wat is in befikre that isn't in many other indian movies? kisses r in alot of indian movies, little clothing is in alot of other indian movies, and i'm talking about commercial movies with bollywood A listers

befikre just has alot more kissing than just two or three in other films, plus nobody has said its a family film, its a film mainly targeted at the youth, even couples can watch the film and hav a gud time, its not a film for children

If the genre and trailer doesn't appeal to u then thats fine, but for people to be grossed out and calling it vulgar? well befikre is no where near as bold as wat is shown in hollywood films

Sincere request ...Please Leave Update threads Alone if you are not interested in the movie or it's trailer or it's actor or any other reason.

There are many threads to spread the negativity and dislike

The whole basic hypocrisy bothers me . i don't see Horny adults giving seductive expressions here. The kiss are more casual without cringeworthy expressions. Yet people are more bothered by Befikre than the movie with Horny Adults giving embarrassingly horny expressions.

Thats why Adi chopra is takening the risk with befikre cause he knows exactly how conservative India is. See how people react and behaving as if its only for PR and calling it cheap and vulgar. While its only about two young people having fun and spending time which reflects the reality. Saying not everyone is like that but there are enough people who are like that.

You wouldnt say to a HW movie oh look at these bold scenes they just only want to sell their movie with that. Its just the reaction people like to do if its about BW movies. People first of all talk about the kissing scenes before about the movie itself. And thats what Adi tries to shift that thought process that they should be fine with that we are not living anymore in a time when people running behind the trees and behaving all innocent.

Even the way Adi shows the heroine right now it doesnt look like that the heroine in Befikre sits there and waits for her hero till he falls in love with her or comes back realising how important she is. She looks like an independent girl and it doesnt look like that she waits for the hero and doesn her own thing.

It would be really interesting why Adi choose to do this movie while he could do a family oriented movie the safer option.

same reaction here I didn't even notice these stupid superficial stuff earlier.. I saw the trailer and really liked it.. specially the songs ude diL befikre which comes in the trailer and then came to the forum and read some bizarre reactions 😳 I first thought maine koi aur trailer dekh liya 🤣

and India is not conservative.. Stop labeling
