Inside Gossip! Ranbir declares his relationship status, Karisma-Kareena turn host for Randhir's 70th bday bash

Bollywood birthday bashes are always fun and when the Kapoor khaandaan is hosting the party, you can expect truckloads of fun-filled gossip. As per a popular daily, Randhir Kapoor's 70th birthday bash was lavish and hosted by daughter Karisma and Kareena Kapoor. The party took place at the family's heritage home, Devnar Cottage. A garden party, RK's birthday bash saw a scrumptious buffet and expensive alcohol.

"My daughters and my three wonderful grandchildren make me feel on top of the world. Taimur is too young to attend, but I am happy Karisma's kids -Samaira and Kiaan Raj could come even though it was a school day," said Randhir to the daily, adding that he missed his sisters, Ritu Nanda and Reema Jain, who couldn't be a part of the celebrations as they were away in the US. "I'm fortunate I have my father's lovely bungalow with a big garden where the entire family can meet to sing, laugh, drink. No one remembers anything the next day!"

The big bash saw director JP Dutta and writer Salim Khan, brothers Rishi and Rajiv, Boney-Sanjay Kapoor, Rakesh Roshan and Jeetendra and Randhir's wife Babita.

The star attraction happened to be Lolo, who introduced her much-talked about rumouredBF businessman Sandeep Toshniwal to Kapoor family. Bebo's besties, Malaika and Amrita Arora were present and were found clicking pictures in front of a large white swing in the corner of the garden.Karisma lay on it and hooted, "Papa, we love you!"

When Ranbir Kapoor arrived, his entry was interrupted by Ameesha Patel who wanted to pose for pictures with him. She wanted a pic with Kareena too! Reportedly, Ranbir got a jadoo ki jhappi from brother-in-lawSaif Ali Khan and they spent a lot of time chatting. RK stayed till late, drinking with cousin, Armaan Jain, and mum Neetu Kapoor and was the talk-of-the-party, thanks to his weight gain and new hairdo for the Sanjay Dutt biopic.

Ranbir grabbed eyeballs as he informed everyone with a smile his relationship status, "Still single!" Evergreen diva Rekha did the "nazar utaro" for the Kapoor lad. Amitabh Bachchan arrived alone, 10-15 minutes after Rekha and stayed on for almost three hours.

Around midnight, Bebo stepped out for shutterbugs with Lolo and mom Babita and asked the dozen of shutterbugs, "Stop clicking, it's time for some dinner. Jao, khana khao..."
