Anupamaa: Anupama finally cuts ties with Toshu, expels him from the house

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, tensions rise when Anupama stands firm against unlawful activities. She declares that gambling is against the law, but the local goons refuse to back down and demand their money. Determined to protect what is rightfully hers, Anupama puts up a brave front, refusing to surrender. Paritosh, however, intervenes and pleads with her to stop fighting with the goons.

Anupama Refuses to Give Money

The situation escalates when the goons threaten to kill Paritosh if they are not paid. Sarita immediately pressures Anupama to hand over the money to save her son, and Rita also joins in urging her to compromise. Even Paritosh insists that she give the money and end the confrontation.

But Anupama refuses to bend, firmly stating that the money belongs to the dance ranis and she will never allow it to be misused.

Seeing her unshaken resolve, Hasmuk steps forward and begs the goons for mercy. After some thought, the goons decide to back off temporarily, leaving the Shah family in deep distress.

Paritosh Questions Anupama’s Motherhood

However, instead of appreciating Anupama's courage, Paritosh lashes out at her. He cruelly questions her capability as a mother. This time, Anupama's patience reaches its limit. She delivers a hard-hitting speech, listing Paritosh's endless mistakes and immoral choices. In front of everyone, she announces that she no longer considers him her son and severs all ties with him.

Meanwhile, elsewhere, at the Kothari house, Khyati blames Anupama. She holds Anupama responsible for Aryan's death and says no mother can ever move past such a devastating loss. Her pain turns into anger, and she vows never to forgive Anupama.

Anupama Draws the Line

Back at the Shahs, the family atmosphere remains tense. Pakhi tries to soften Anupama's heart, requesting her to forgive Paritosh one more time. Shattered, Paritosh also questions his mother, asking whether he has truly become so worthless in her eyes that she would disown him.

He argues that Rahi, too, once doubted her motherhood, but Anupama never cut ties with her. He even suspects that Rahi might have colluded with Gautam to lock Anupama in the room. In a mocking tone, Paritosh accuses his mother of always forgetting Rahi's mistakes.

This taunt provokes Anupama, and she slaps Paritosh, warning him never to drag Rahi's name into the matter. She reminds him that his own actions are to blame, and he must now accept the consequences. Even though Paritosh begs for forgiveness, Anupama reminds him that she has already overlooked several of his past sins, but this time he has crossed every limit.

Anupama’s Breakdown

In a desperate attempt, Paritosh accuses Anupama of valuing Bharti's surgery over his own life. The remark enrages her, leading to another slap. With tears in her eyes, she reminds him that while she was locked in a room fighting to survive, he was busy indulging in illegal betting.

Breaking down emotionally, Anupama confesses how much she had expected from Paritosh as her elder son. She compares him with Samar, who always carried himself with responsibility, respect, and hard work. Hasmuk also praises Samar's efforts, adding that while Samar honoured his mother, Paritosh wasted his life despite being a gold medalist.

Disowning Paritosh

In her grief, Anupama goes as far as regretting her decision to bring Paritosh and Pakhi into this world. Anupama breaks down, saying that while destiny snatched one son from her, she herself is abandoning the other, leaving everyone stunned. She then firmly declares that Paritosh can no longer stay in the Shah house and orders him to pack his bags and leave immediately, shocking the entire family.

Shocked and devastated, Paritosh seeks Kinjal’s support, insisting that the entire family has turned against him. But Anupama steps in and urges Kinjal to reflect on her marriage, pointing out that Paritosh has neither given her love, peace, nor honesty.

She reminds Kinjal that she had only stayed in the relationship for Pari’s sake, but now that Pari is married, there is no reason to continue suffering. Anupama makes it clear that Paritosh is undeserving and that Kinjal should choose her own happiness.

Leela, stunned, questions why Anupama is trying to break her son and daughter-in-law’s marriage. In response, Anupama reminds her that if she could always consider Anupama as a daughter, then why can’t Kinjal, who has stood by the family for years, be treated the same?

She highlights that Paritosh has never fulfilled his responsibilities as a husband or as a son. As Anupama continues to hold him accountable, Kinjal finally gathers the courage to admit that Anupama is right.
