True. But bolly film makers have been using such controversies to get people into theaters. It's ok if people limit it to being annoyed but why pay money to watch a mediocre film. Nautankiwalas resort to such cheap tactics. Make a good anti-terrorism film like Baby.

Wish Akshay Kumar and Neeraj Pandey had thought o this master plan then Baby would have been a BB.

I personally didn't enjoy Baby, I was lost for the most part. That said, I would've liked if Sunny Deol was in lead instead of Saif.

PK was anything but epic 😆 But I agree controversy is the new marketing strategy. It gets u curious even if u had zero interest in the subject before. To cash on it is what makes sense even though I hate the idea that some people will take such sensitive and volatile situation to market a movie. What has the world come to.

I think more people will go and watch the movie to just know what was so offensive about it. There is a sentiment attached to it about 26/11. There are many reasons now to watch the movie which people didn't have before thanks to this controversy and Saif being the ever so patriotic soul all of a sudden. Having said that we don't really know how the movie is going to be. I'll wait for the reviews before forming an opinion. Its an interesting subject might as well be a good movie who knows.

Possibly it might be a marketing gimmick.

Ignite patriotism in people, capitalise on recent stand off between India and Pakistan on NSA talks and mobilise patriotic ones to watch and support Phantom.

Ghar mein ghus ke marenge dialogue has already done its trick if social media is anything to go by.
