They are the most popular actresses, and combine popularity and acting chops.

Other examples of popular but can't act - katty, shraddha( so automatically doesn't count)

Can act but not so popular - Anushka, vidya, kangana, priyanka( they are always rated less in celebrity rankings)

Even i have seen most ppl requesting Karan Johar on twitter to take DP or Kareena in his next movie.

What makes them so popular?
