He gave those invitation last minute

All of these actors have work to do, they can't change their schedule or holiday plans only for a wedding!

Besides Karan, Sid, Jacq and maybe Ran-Kat, all of the actors are either not in the town or have been busy doing their work

Also the turnout looks to be good, so doesn't matter much

All the Top directors and producers attended the reception, that is what matters. Shahid knows which side his bread is buttered.

Vishal Bharadwaj, Imtiaz Ali, Vikas Behl, Vikramditya Motwane, they were all there, even Siddharth Roy Kapoor was there, sans Vidya of course. 😆 And also Sajid Nadiadwala and Eros producers Lullas attended.

The turnout looks fine. Besides that, shahid is someone who keeps a very low key in BW. All his friends are from outside BW. So its not surprising to see so many people not being a part of the reception. I think all his close friends and family were there. Shahid and Mira looked blissfully happy and that is all matters.😳

The Turn out was superb all big producers, directors were there even all the big celebrity were there like Big B, Ranveer, Arjun, Alia, Shradha, Kriti, Preity, Dia, Genelia n most of the choreographers who r his friends were there except Ahmed who is shooting somewhere so he couldn't attend n most stars like Dp, Anushka, Srk, Hrithik were not in Town .

- If the wedding had happened immediately after Haider's success, most of the bigwigs would have showed their faces, as industry runs on superstition and all the big names along with the losers like to rub shoulders with the new lucky bakra.

- Shahid is not diplomatic, or a suck-up. Forget about mending it, he burns bridges

- The girls whose names were linked to Shahid -- Huma/Jacqui et al -- didn't attend (Or wasn't invited) because they were miffed with Shahid.

Btw, why didn't Ranbir attend? Weren't they like best friends during 2011-2012 period: Were having ONSs with same ladies (Bips, Ameesha, et al)? I thought, whatever had happened Ranbir would attend or would send Rishi-Neetu there.

Akhtar's are close with Priyanka? and so is Shahrukh.Believe it or not, he was in Mumbai last night as per many sources. 😆

These people shouldn't be important for Shahid. It doesn't matter if they attend or not. No body makes anybody here.

that being said,

Many like me are curious to know why? It's a gossip. We all like to gossip. and I want to know why. why ;) and who is connected with who. and who sacrificed their friendship for who and who has the master key behind this extreme groupism.

Hrithik was in town on Friday-Saturday night, don't tell me he left the town on sunday. Lol. That's not possible... 🤣 unless he really wanted to skip.

kuch bhi 😆 Ranbir doesn't go anywhere he is too busy in JJ n its never like ki wo meri cousin ka ex hai so main nahi jaunga bcoz his family did went to Abhishek's wedding jo uski cousin ka ex fiance tha 😛😆 n Srk is not in town
