Anurag Basu is busy with Tagore Ki Andekhi Kahaniyan, which will be aired on television soon. But before that, we bring you an undekhi kahani from the sets of his Ranbir Kapoor starrer Jagga Jasoos.

Isn't Bollywood a funny place, where equations change in the blink of an eye? Where everyone is out to make it big, and tempers and insecurities are high... and then, it does not take much for friends to turn into foes.

A classic case in point is the equation between Basu and Katrina Kaif.

The story goes that recently on the sets of Jagga Jasoos, the shot had been set up and everyone was waiting for Katrina to step out of her vanity van and head for 'Action'. Well, the actress did come out of her van in her make-up and costume but what she did soon after sent temperatures soaring.

Before she headed for the shot, she asked an assistant director how she was looking. It's Kat for Christ's sake, she's bound to look stunning. But even before the AD could respond, Anurag, who was nearby told Katrina curtly, that she should concentrate on her acting and not only on her looks.

Yes, you read it right. So don't you pinch yourself!

And like you, Katrina too was stunned.

But yeah, she did just what was expected. The fuming actress headed straight back to her van, changed out of her outfit and drove out of the venue in her car.

Buzz is, her boyfriend Ranbir followed her and calmed her. Naturally, he too was not happy with Basu's blasphemy.

Thankfully, the film has not been stalled again, else it would have suffered yet another delay. As it is, Basu has had several changes in the script followed by reshoots at almost the drop of a hat. So yeah, Katrina is back to shooting Jagga Jasoos, and we aren't handing you any prizes for guessing that - after all, it is her boyfriend Ranbir's maiden production.

The big change however is, and that you surely didn't guess, Katrina and Anurag barely talk to each other now. Sirf kaam se kaam.
