you know i agree.. but the thing is he is powerful enough to stay out of jail even after he has become a convicted criminal over involuntary manslaughter.. the whole world sees it happening.. and still he is roaming free.. enjoying himself cavorting around the world.. what does it say about the sort of power be it underworld/political he wields?

how do we even know what the repercussions will be for not just Ranbir or specially to Kat.. but to anyone who may speak out in the open against him? maybe even if they seem like hypocrites, its better to be safe than be truthful.. who knows what the cost of standing up to him would be. i am sure they prefer to avoid anymore bad blood.. cz he is not a good person to cross.. too dangerous..
