Which of these TV actors can make it big in BW?

In a tv series, an actor gets at least 20 episodes to get clicked with the viewers.. who r watching it home in comfort for free. Once that character is developed and the actor's acting is matched with it... its a sleep walk for that actor for rest of series. There can be so many dull and stpd episodes inbetween.. a young man or woman can even become parents to grown up kids without looking any older. Its basically timepass stuff and so the viewers r not so harsh critics but they start loving (or hating) the character and think of the actor is the best thing on the screen.

In BW movies, u only have 2 to 3 hours to make an impact with all other co-stars. Screen presence to dancing skills come in equation. Not saying its impossible but its a totally diff. platform. But I agree therez enormous amounts of talents on TV that can make some of these BW stars look like shit.

Nepotism in BW is a serious issue. It has almost become like LARGE family business. It sux. Some of the so-called stars wont even a chaparsi role in a TV series if they were not connected to BW.

It doesnt seem like it will change soon... BW fans r already wondering which star kid (o-15 years old) will become a future superstar... hello? Welcome to 21st century.
