This is the first time that a couple in a relationship will play siblings on screen

It's out. Though no one is talking about it officially here is andar ki baat. Karan Johar's Dharma Productions is all set to start a huge multi-starrer in June titled Kapoor & Sons. To be directed by Shakun Batra, the film will feature Rishi Kapoor as a grand old 90-year old patriarch of a dysfunctional family.

Says a source, "Rishi plays the grandfather. Sidharth Mahotra, Alia Bhatt and Fawad Khan play Rishi's grandchildren. The very important roles of Rishi's son and daughter-in-law are yet to be cast." Shakun,who earlier did the Kareena Kapoor-Imran Khan film Ekk Main Aur Ekk Tu has been dying to work with Alia ever since they did the hit internet film Alia: Genius Of The Year. Interestingly, Alia and Sidharth who are romantically involved would be playing siblings in Batra's film.

Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra were on-screen lovers in Gunday, but will be seen playing siblings in Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do. Post DDD, they will play husband-wife in Sanjay Leela Bhasali's Bajirao-Mastani. PC has been cast as Kashibai, Pehwa Bajirao's first wife.

Ansel Egort and Shailene Woodley, who played doomed lovers in The Fault In Our Stars and were rumouredly dating as well, played siblings in the Divergent series.
