LOL than we have to count all films of Rani after 2002. Her performance is always critical acclaimed.. If you know what I mean. 😆

I dont give two hoots about either of them😆... and i clearly said its my own opinion that Aish's work is better than Rani, and Im in any way not declaring this as a universal fact..u can disagree with my opinion and i accept that... ok? happy?😳

Thank you..i was trying to say the same that Aish has played more iconic roles and more memorable roles.. For Rani, I can only remember Black... But no other! But for Aish, be it Jodha, Mansi, Sunehri , Paro or any other character, they were far more intriguing and remarkable...As for acting, maybe Rani is better actress but ive never really liked her.. I prefer Kajol over her any day😳

Sorry but that list of yours is not correct at all. There are many other movies done by Ash where she was appreciated for her acting and even nominated at the awards

Hamara Dil Aapke Pass Hai, Josh, Mohabbatien, Chokher Bali, Raincoat, Robot, Khakee, Bride & Prejudice, Guru, Provoked, Guzarish,

And even movies that were FLOPS - Umrao Jaan, Raavan, Shabd - these movies didn't work at the box office, but her performance in it was highly appreciated. Especially in Umrao Jaan which according to me was one of the best performances in her career.

Also - the two items numbers that shes done in her career Kajra Re (BAB) and Ishq Kamina (Shakti) both numbers were said to be one of the best parts of the movies and a lot of people even said that Kajra Re was a major reason why BAB became a rage.

So yeah, your list is not complete and there are MANY other films Ash acted in that which are memorable and strong performances!

The most unfortunate part when we are comparing careers on a Bollywood forum is when work in the South is overlooked. Ash did 5 films down South, and she could have done Hindi films instead and have added more feathers to her oeuvre in Bollywood. But she worked rather less in BW compared to Rani, with 5 films in the South, 5 films in the West and a film in Bengali.

IMO, some of Aishwarya's finest work was in the South.
