The team of doctors and psychiatrists will work with her on her ambitious initiative that will address problems like anxiety, depression and panic attacks," says an insider close to her.
Not many know that she has been "quietly working" towards the cause for the past three months, despite having a packed film schedule. "She has realised that mental health issues are surprisingly common, and there is hardly anything being done to prevent these issues in our society. That's why she is looking to do things in a structured and organised manner," adds the insider.

Deepika Padukone has had a great couple of years at the box office, so it's surprising to hear that she apparently suffered from a period of depression sometime early last year. While the buzz remains unconfirmed, the actor has decided to work on mental health awareness this year.
