People slam Aamir's words and his righteousness, but it's rather funny to see how BOI and other sources are more or less side by side with their #s. Makes me wanna say Aamir's work is enough to make records than having to rely on fudging it's #s.

PK has grossed 15 crore nett in two days of its third week and around 292 crore nett in its total run. The two day collection for the third week as follows.

Friday - 6,50,00,000

Saturda - 8,50,00,000

Total - 15,00,00,000

The film will cross 300 crore nett today and should gross a record 26 crore nett in its third weekend.

of 100, 200 & 300 crore
club!

"Chase Excellence, Success will Just Follow you". How true is that as PK has entered 300 crore nett mark at Indian Box Office by the end of 3rd Sunday. Thus, PK has become the first ever film in Bollywood to do so. PK by the end of 3rd Sunday has crossed 300 crore nett mark. It is not only the highest grosser of all time, but also first one to reach this magical mark. Co-incidentally first 100 crore and 200 crore films are also of Aamir Khan with Ghajini (2008) and 3 Idiots (2009). Thus, it will not be wrong to state that he is becoming a founder of such clubs.

Aamir Khan is raising the bar and box office benchmark with each new releases in last few years. Audiences have made a strong connection with his films as some kind of trust is associated with the films he does. What's more PK is still unstoppable and is heading for 330-340 crore lifetime business. Who knows film can go even further than that with superb trending in coming days. Anything is possible now.

First 100 crore Film - Ghajini (2008), 114.67 crore nett. All Time Blockbuster.

First 200 crore Film - 3 Idiots (2009), 202.5 crore nett. All Time Blockbuster.

First 300 crore Film: PK (2014), 300* crore nett (Not Out). All Time Blockbuster.

Also, many congratulations to Rajkumar Hirani who is the best filmmaker of this generation with film line ups such as 'Munnabhai MBBS', 'Lage Raho Munnabhai', '3 Idiots' and now 'PK'. Also, congratulations to him for being the only director to be in 200 crore (3 Idiots) and 300 crore (PK) club.
Finally due credit should be also given to Anushka Sharma, Sanjay Dutt and Sushant Singh Rajput who are part of this landmark film of Bollywood. Their names will go down in history of Bollywood as to be part of first 300 crore film in India. Lastly, carry on PK, just don't stop here. This is just a Pit Stop, many more records are still to be made!
