Amina lets not support Gurmeet blindly...It almost confirmed Gurmeets scenes were chopped...its a given you have to watch the movie to believe it. my gripe with GC is Im sure if he had seen the movie in the first screening in the race coourse why was he giving fans false hopes that he would do the role again and again if given a chance...come again GC...but whatever he performed his part well although it disturbed the flow of the story...and Bhatts will not be left by us...Enough of crap dished out since 2 months...I'm over and done with this nonsense...the title song in the movie did not have GC at all...Baatein song did not have GC...then where the hell on earth was he in the movie...Mahesh Bhatt glorifying GC falsely...Vikram Bhatt trying to act too smart and calling GC an ace being held back ...for all this damn shit...he performed on all the damn channels and award functions just to be served this rat shit...

When GC said he would do the role over and over again, I don't think he was talking about doing the film over and over again. Whatever might be the film's faults, the character of Jaidev Dhanrajgiri was strong. I think GC said he'd do that role again, because he did not get to do it too much in this film and he really enjoyed playing that character. GC was not lying when he said he loved the character and his role in the film. The role may have been short, but it was stronger than the male and female leads' put together. Who wouldn't want to play that role, if it was larger and given more importance? If fans were disappointed by GC's role in the film, it's because it was short, not because the role itself was faulty. Jaidev was one of GC's best roles. Even I'd like to see him in that type of role again, just in a bigger and meatier film that'd give him more importance.

Khamoshiyan Box office collection: The Gurmeet Choudhary- Sapna Pabbi starrer opens fairly well at Rs 1.92 crore!

The Bhatt film got a decent opening at the Box office considering that it didn't have any big stars

Khamoshiyan marked the debut of telly actors Gurmeet Choudhary and Sapna Pabbi. It also stars Bobby Jasoos actor Ali Fazal as the main lead. Though the film doesn't have any big stars to back it up, it has managed to get a decent opening at the Box office. Trade analysts report that Vikram Bhatt's Khamoshiyan has opened at Rs 1.92 crores at the Box office.

The film is a supernatural thriller about a woman names Meera who traps the souls of men by using her body to ensnare them. Ali Fazal plays a writer named Kabir who is one such man, falling prey to Meera. The film's music is it's highest selling point and with the satellite and music rights having fetched it Rs 7.5 crore already, Khamoshiyan is certainly off to a good start. The film was made at a budget of 11 crore and all the extensive promotion plus word of mouth is sure to reap benefits during the weekend.

It is a big achievement for all the actors in the film and also the makers for having managed to pull audiences even just on the basis of the intriguing look and the thriller plot of the film. Stay tuned for more Box office updates on the film.

Khamoshiyan Opens Well At The Box Office | Day 1 (1st Friday) Collections

Bhatt's horror-thriller Khamoshiyan was bound to lead out of the new releases - Hawaizaada and Rahasya. Well, clearly this complete non-star cast film has managed to make audiences enjoy the spook-fest it seems. The movie has opened quite well, as it made a business of 1.92 crores nett at the Domestic Box Office.

The film that has been made at a budget of 11 crore (including marketing), so it won't be a task for the makers to fetch its investments soon. Moreover, the movie is on its way to become a successful venture already with satellite and music rights fetching 7.5 crore to the makers before release.

Khamoshiyan was promoted extensively and its music and word-of-mouth from audiences who are enjoying the horror in the film has played a big hand in the opening.

Aditi yh i havent watched it yet, i was just saying because i was trying to be positive but i guess it was really bad..yeah you guys have watched it so you know more than i do
