Well compare to crap directors like Ali Abbas, SLB is not so bad. My point was SLB of the 90s was quite different from the SLB of today. If Ranveer keeps repeating directors like him and doing shitty movies like Gunday he won't get a chance to work with other great directors. I get that it's about the boxoffice records at the end of the day but to be consider a good actor he needs to challenge himself. Maybe he could try the one for them one for him, Like Ram Leela and Lootera!

For me its the opposite. His acting is good and aptly appreciated. It is his personality that is overrated for me.

Well, i am tired of explaining here but this is for you, Gubbara.

Do you really think i need to defend him 😆? he is a fantastic actor...SLB is a respected director for many. Every single newbie will say yes if SLB approaches them for a movie. He will work with every director that you have ever wished for, just be patient. His friends or directors don't need to recommend him to good directors... big directors themselves have approached him..that speaks a volume about his capacity as an actor!

Ranveer just started, just compare Biru's first 3-4 years..which respected directors he worked with? now, compare that with ranveer...he has already managed vikram aditya motwane, zoya akhtar and SLB... anurag kashyap just missed him due to schedule... probably he will come with AL Rai too...

Ranveer fans should be the last one to feel bad about Ranveer. Be proud of him where he has reached from where he started...he is not kapoor, he is not bachchan, he is not great-looking either... Just because few IF members hate him means nothing to his career, isn't it?

I don't have hate for any actor and actress. I just support Ranveer...i never talk bad about any newbies or other actors unless i notice some stupid comments..

There is no stopping Ranveer. And this is all i care about.. and good luck to other actors too

PS. about gunday and killdil: Killdil was his dream and how many of us will achieve our dream in life?😆, he achieved it, aditya as producer, govinda as coactor, shaad as director. Just because you become star doesn't mean you forget those who helped you reach there. He is the happiest man today..he expresses that in twitter..he responds to every fan...
these two movies have increased his fanbase in UP and north masala circuit.. you need to check his fan's posts on FB to see many of them remember him for gunday more than ramleela... that's because these are guys' kinda movie and they love such action movies.

If KillDil works, fine.. if it doesn't, it will be sad for him personally.. but professionally, it will not break a single hair on his head... i have already written to him to think twice before signing these 90s vibe movies back to back again. He knows me, BTW. He is always appreciative of suggestions.
Ranveer fans, you chose the right horse, now be happy 😊.
