It is a sexy garment. As is a sari that emphasizes a woman's butt, as is a cocktail dress, as is a sexy evening gown that emphasizes a woman's hourglass figure.People will find it hot, and its a music video, so I'm pretty sure that is what they are going for mate 😆 Hence, what she's wearing WILL titillate.I dont know why you're dragging women empowerment into it, but yeah, I think a woman has a right to look and feel sexy if she wants. She doesn't need to titillate any specific person (she's not making this music video for a don), she knows she will titillate a number of people with what she's wearing. TO me, that's perfectly okay!

As for a woman's right to look and feel sexy... I wouldn't call that a right cause it just indicates a woman trying to appeal to the sensual senses of another...how is it a right when it is after all an attempt of doing something to attract another? It is just the objectifying of oneself in order to obtain something.. I shall not talk about my stand on this... but it is funny to see people talking about feeling sexy for their ownselves.. 😆
Why is it wrong to do something that attracts another person? It is one of the most fundamental and natural instincts to make oneself appealing to fit into a social group and/or attract a mate. Everyone is doing something or the other to be attractive. Our beliefs, our perceptions, our behaviors they are all consciously or subconsciously part of a package that is designed to make us attractive to friends and/or lovers. Human beings use makeup and clothes to attract a mate. Other species go through elaborate mating rituals. Even the most conservatively dressed and behaved people do so because in their opinion that is what is attractive and appealing, because that is what they believe will attract the most reliable and lasting mate. So why should humans not have a right to engage in one of the most fundamental and natural social activity in what way suits them?
Secondly, not every human action is for others. Sometimes we do things because we like it or enjoy it. We do it for ourselves. Even acts done for others may indirectly be for ourselves. Feeling good or self-worth is influenced by several factors including how attractive we find ourselves. People do many things to feel good or increase self-worth like eat healthier, get into an exercise routine, learn a new skill or language, get a higher degree or dress-up. Sometimes this indirectly or indirectly relates to pleasing others. But that doesn't mean it isn't for oneself either.
Why is I'm going to do a PhD because I want people to see me as intelligent acceptable, but I'll wear the bikini because I want people to see me as sexy wrong?
