All parents teach their kids to greet visitors ,say thank you and all but in India there is no equal respect for all jobs so in the end ppl don't treat the ppl who do low level jobs with respect. They might be very polite to ppl of their own economic strata but might treat the ppl lower than their own with disrespect(as in basics like Thank you or a smile). Whereas there is more or less equal amount of respect for all jobs in US.Of course I am generalizing on the basis of what I have seen, and there might be anomalies in these too.

Yeah, and I hate that people call others by their occupations like "waiter" "driver" and all that...I prefer bhaiya or madam, miss, sister, auntie, uncle...it's more respectful...HERE'S THE THING: whoever we are in this life, when we die, we all end up the same place 😊 so better be nice on earth

Anyways..salman might be nicer towards his fans now but it was a different story in the 90s...my sister and aunt met him way back in 1995 and according to them, he was very rude! completely moody, temperamental and will only treat his female fans with respect and that too if they are fair skinned and beautiful 😆

in contrast, Aamir was a sweetheart...and my cousins also met SRK during world tours and their experience was a good one...He was a thorough gentleman

exactly, parents should inculcate these small values in kids since childhood, my parents taught me to call someone kaka or even our maid "maushi" since childhood. even saying please or thank you is a small but polite gesture which helps

Maybe he's an old fashion type of guy, probably doesn't believe in tipping. You gotta work hard for that money 😆

The bell-boys and the room service staff usually are the best source of gossip! And Amitabh stayed at our Hotel innumerous times and almost everyone who worked his room had the same thing to say for him. 'No tips'😆
Its a bit odd, because almost everyone will tip while staying at a good hotel, its like a norm. And Amitabh steadfastedly refused to loosen his purse strings!😆 So there used to be a lot of groaning and mocking whenever he used to come! 😆

Like Viva said, maybe its more old school thought of not tipping ppl. Have met many ppl (elderly men) like that who think ppl shouldn't tip.

Maybe he's one of those weird people that think people shouldn't be paid extra for perfoming their duties.. Its common among some people. When I was in London, my cousins who are from there wouldn't tip their waiters and I would tip on their behalf because I found it weird not to, And they would think I'm showing off but its the basic thing to do here.. Heck we tip even when we pick up our food...

Anyways this hotel talk reminds me of what I read about Salman some time ago, he apparently trashes his room leaving condoms and other questionable things on the floor... but the person mentioned like you did he tips well so they don't mind cleaning after him😆

Yes Katrina and Aishwariya are really private people and not show off and they keep to themselves but that does not mean they are rude.

It's pathetic to expect stars coming out from airport to stand and pose for cameras, they are walking and you simply click their pics you can't expect them to pose, if you not okay with it then don't take their pictures as simple as that.

Celebrities are posing for pictures only when they are at events, doing photoshoots, shooting a film or meeting a fan. When they are not working then you can't expect them to be willing to take a picture.

I don't think katrina is the most warmest one but she is super nice to all those who are nice to her, she has let fans come to her house, met fans and talked with them, clicked pictures, spent time with them on set etc.

It all depends on their moods.

I just noticed how some people are saying Deepika is the nicest, she is sweet to her fans but even she got her bad days, like during Dubai shooting of HNY I had few friends who were extra on the film and they liked Deepika but after shooting with her dislikes her now because she was super rude and ignored them and just kept talking on the phone with ranveer.

so everyone got their good and bad days, no one is cold or warm 24/7 here, some are better than others but no one is a mean person.

I don't know how to react to the highlight words. I want to laugh or shocked. For Katrina part, At first I thought it normal and ok, but with word "etc" just like make up story.
About Deepika too, what meaning of super rude here? and how they knew Deepika kept talking one phone with Ranveer. 😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕 and finally, I think I want 😆😆😆😆. How old are you actually?
