Kick leads the race for the biggest hit of the year with Bang Bang, Happy New and PK likely to challenge it in the coming months. Mary Kom has in 12th position and the only film to do somewhat decent business in September. It did well in Mumbai circuit with business already over 20 crore nett. This was mainly because it was entertainment tax free in Maharashtra which enabled Mumbai city and Pune to put up good numbers.
Last year there were 18 films which had a classification between All Time Blockbuster and Semi Hit and so far this year there are 13 so it is possible that the final year count could be the same as last year.
There are thirteen films that have done well this lead by the only blockbuster of the year Kick and they are as follows.
