I think it's evident both sides are at fault here. Media focusing on those pervert stuff excessively and actress milking it during her film promotion time while the video was there since a year back.

But reading some of the comments of fans of other actresses who are jumping with joy on this and trashing deepika padukone heavily ---- guys, shame on you 😆

If DP fans have done the same during Kat episode, shame on them too 😆. Revenge is never a good solution, doesn't matter whose fans you are. One thing you have to understand is media is never right because it publishes what sells, public is right and it hasn't spoken yet.

I cant understand how anyone can stand for what TOI is arguing here. Don't we all know how media influences a society at large. Rather than being responsible adults and behave in a manner that sets examples for others this media house is whining like a child who is not getting the same candy as everyone else.

To hell with what deepika does and what roles she plays and how she poses for photoshoots. They don't end up becoming stories about her cleavage. TOI is the only thing in all their examples that made her cleavage as a story. Yet they keep pointing out how its Deepika's fault that she was wearing such clothes. Who told them to stare and focus on her cleavage anyways? Was that the main topic for the event she attended? First u r such shallow minded assholes that won't learn to look elsewhere when such a thing comes to ur notice. Then u shame others because they are responsible for such clothes. You are not responsible for ur eyes or ur camera and where they should be focused? U shouldn't be more responsible as a media house and publish those things that are relevant and more appropriate ? u shouldn't ever behave responsible as a human being but u expect everyone else to be. Thats what everything has come down to. Its always someone else's fault.

Twitter does not contain the opinions of the whole wide world. Deepika has given them a controversy, gift wrapped on a platter to milk. She does not have the exclusive rights to enjoy the publicity from it. If anything, TOI by now must have gained subscribers and sponsors...so really, all is well in business terms. Deepika can hardly be taken seriously, especially after the retweets and open letter (open letters simply do not work)

This is going to backfire so hard on TOI. But their answer was pretty disgusting- this reporter should have some shame. There is a difference between posing with PERMISSION or having some sleazy magazine photographer take a picture of your cleavage and talk about it all over twitter and the internet. TOI needs to just shut the hell up.

It is not just in India stuff such as this happens. The following is from the tweets by Just Jared twitter account. It is a pretty famous entertainment site in the US. Many stars follow and interact with them on twitter, but I am yet to see anyone raise exceptions to such headlines.
