If what TOI said is right, then the mms of girls which are recorded without their consent are also ok then???? and if it happens in a mall while changing the dress and then the girl complains...so accused will say who told u to change dress inside a mall...isn't it a public place???

the issue of women dignity is so serious and important...its simlpy sad that a reputed news agency like TOI is doing this...
