Daawat-e-Ishq Sunday (3rd Day) Collection Update, Decent Jump.

Daawat-e-Ishq is registering around 20-25% jump on Sunday from Saturday. Jump is decent considering film had a decent jump on Saturday. But main problem is film started slow on Friday and thus needed big push on 2nd and 3rd day at box office.

Anyways half of Sunday is gone, whereas another half still to finish. Hope film performs well in 2nd half also to put up decent numbers for Sunday and First weekend.

Northern Part of India is performing well with film registering good occupancy of around 50-55% there. But Rest of India including Mumbai is still on average side, although better than both previous two days.

Occupancy Report for Sunday Noon Shows:

Delhi - 50-55%

Gurgaon - 55%

Mumbai - 30%+

Early Sunday trend suggest, Daawat-e-Ishq is heading for 5-6 crore nett which is strictly ok. That means first weekend collection should be around 13-14 crore nett mark. Final figure for the day will depend on how film performs well in Evening and Night shows, but looking at trends, numbers should be on that range.

I hope the movie does well for Adi and Pari. Both of them are really cute in the film.

I thought that the film was going tobe boring but ended up enjoying it.I liked the concept but it could have been potrayed better.Pari and Adi were good in their roles.OMG i just loved the way they showed Hyderabad and Lucknow.A short and sweet movie.A one time watch.

Nice movie and I enjoyed it very much.

Looking at the promos I misjudged ARK...Yeah he doesnt look that good but the guy was totally into...his character...and Pari is lovely so spontaneous and natural...

LOL The food visual were so yummy...those kebab korma biryani..mouth watering...

They both have very cute chemisry..and very authentic portrayal of..middle class..

Habib Faisal..has done a good job..

I think YRF marketing guys should check their strategy...promos shou;d have been more...appealing..to attract people to cinema halls...

Over all a good one time watch

I really love the Meri Mannat Tu song so much after seeing ARK in it. His eyes do a lot of acting. Man, I like how he falls for her through that song. One of my favorite scenes is when she's throwing the dough and it lands on her face--and he helps her and then caresses her face. Oh lord! His facial expressions were so sexy.

Okay! So 2 good movies in 1 day-I think this was the first time in long I was in 2 minds about watching a movie-hadn't liked the trailer; wasn't fond of the album yet wanted to watch it for the actors and director. Just like to thank the IF members coz after reading some reviews of the critics I'd decided against it🤗

Things I loved:

-The 2 mugs in the Qader household with Gullu & Bhooji on them

-When Gullu learns up everything about Kalamazoo for Amjad

-Shayrana(why did YRF not release the video before! ugggh)

-When Gullu leaves Amjad coz she's not ready to "help" him-you go girl

-When Kher opens the door of the cab in Lucknow coz of habit😆 and his general unease at being Sania's millionaire dad

-Tariq man! He's so adorable-he's comfortable with everyone-from the watchmen to orphans-he's all heart! And ARK-so delish(despite the attempts to make him look average)! total Nain Sukh Prapti today-first FK, then ARK! And the way he said his vows-maar daala😳

-The Mannat song-the progression from Sania to Gullu

-All the food! so yummy! I'm definitely going on a food yatra the next time I get an off

-the Get Well Soon card😆

What I didn't:

-the ending seemed stretched! but no complaints-it's a 2 hour movie anyway

What I wanted more of:

-ARK & Pari together-they'd just look at each other with so much passion!

Marketing:

-Pari's look is better as Gullu, they should have shown more of that in the trailer

-The marketing should have included Karan Wahi-his fangirls would have watched the movie then

3.5/5+1(for ARK)

PS: DEI(night show) had better occupancy than KS(afternoon show)
