The subject of Mardaani is mature and it does have uncomfortable scenes. It maybe unsuitable for very small children. But I think all parents should be having a talk about sex trafficking and sexual abuse with their kids. Mardaani is a film that can serve as a conversation starter for families.
I think parents instead of Aamir Khan can decide what is suitable for their kids. Even Sesame Street has had episodes on AIDS and abuse. The criminals are not going to spare kids because they are too young.
Seasame Street has had episodes on Sex Education, Bullying, etc. They were targeted towards parents who had no idea how to talk to their kids.
