Anyways there is a world or difference b/w a semi nude poster and bold scenes.

They are certainly not for 12 year olds.There are other ways to teach teach them.

B/w when they can watch Humshakals they certainly can watch Mardaani.

Like someone said here..with children of 6 years being raped I think they really should watch Madaarni...so that they pay more attention to what is around them...

This was not expected from aamir..and Rani was asking for a 12+ certificate anyways..she never asked for a u certificate.. The recent press conference which is available on YouTube explains it all..she put her points across beautifully..

Its better it should get a UA rating rather than A. When this movie theme based on child trafficking than why cant they watch it. They themselves marketed it as first A movie of yash production may be now they are trying for UA rating after so many days of release , so that it can easy to fetch good amount in satellite right and can be shown on TV in prime time.

Behind all shining glossy exterior in metros like mumbai these incidents are reality. Just scan for today's single mid day paper from mumbai and we find numerous news on the same theme. So when these issues are reality its better for a UA certificate so that it can get good coverage through TV. Its strange that dhoom 3 passed as UA instead having songs like kamli where so much violence that all look katrina with mendak eye 😆but this movie get A certificate for cuss word and violence.

Do u know this is just not one incident their are worst incidents of 6 -7 yr being raped it is not about taking childhood away it is about telling them

I think that Mardaani can be seen by kids if some scenes like the rape scene & misbehaving with kinds and some dialogues get muted in the film. After that, Kids can watch the film because it will make them more aware of their surroundings and they can develop some smart ways to tackle things around.
