Strictly going by what you've seen in Haider's trailer and the competition for best actor this year, do you predict 2014 will finally be Shahid's year?

I would say so, unless SRK dances and hosts FF then you know who is going to get it 😆

I hope so! He deserves it, compared to his contemporaries I think he's the only one who's going to be in a good film this year. Ranbir might be competition though.

Bombay Velvet has been postponed to 2015 so Ranbir's out of the race...

Yes . Only Aamir might be his competition but he wont get the award so its pretty much a clear field for Shahid

There is no competition, so yes Shahid will get it this year. Although, if BV had been releasing this year, it probably would've gone to critics favourite, Ranbir.

I cannot say for sure without seeing PK's trailer first...but as of now since Ranbir is out of the race...it will be between Shahid and Aamir...I have a feeling Aamir is going to sweep most of the awards this year...and some may go Shahid too...

SRK has hosted and not won some times...and BTW even SRK wouldn't want an award over Shahid for Haider or Aamir for PK...sometimes the brickbats are really hurtful and winning an award is just not worth it...remember Saif's NA?😆
