Ranbir, DP, Sonam, Imran: what went wrong

All four debuted together while Ranbir and DP have reached super stardom, and Sonam is still doing films, what went wrong with poor Imran? He isn't the best actor but so isn't Sonam, she's awful as was DP initially.

Why are the females given numerous chances but the males are quickly written off? I hope Imran bounces back, he's an okay actor and seems like a genuinely nice person.

Imran and Ranbir seemed to be very good friends, wonder what went wrong with them?

I loved him in Jaane tu ya Jaane na. I still like him a lot. I hope he bounce back,

Sonam will reach in top 4 soon as she has good projects in her kitty esp PRDP. That movie should help her a lot.

I don't think Sonam will reach at the top. Her only interesting project is PRDP but i highly doubt that film alone will do any wonders for her.

Well let's see how Khubsoorat does and the she has dolly ki Doli too. Plus I think it just takes one movie to change the whole game. Now see before cocktail, deepika was nowhere and then cocktail happen which helped her a lot.

I am not saying she will get nmero uno position after PRDP but PRDP will help her a lot. That's for sure

true it does take one movie but apart from PRDP sonam's other two movies look like duds. DP had signed yjhd, ce before cocktail's success. The success of Cocktail, yjhd, CE has made her reach the top. 😊

Ranbir and Deepika deserve their success because they worked hard at it. But I have also noticed in order to stay in the news and interesting with your fans and audience you have to have an open personal life to the public...That's why Sonam and Imran are boring because they don't have or are open about their personal lives to the public...So they become less interesting. Just notice all the articles published on them, how many are there about their personal lives and less about their movies...To be in this business you don't have to be very talented unfortunately, your great looks and personal drama in public will take you places

Yeah I know but who would had thought that rohit Shetty movie will give deepika so much fame? We can't say if the other two movies of Sonam will be dud or not. So we have to wait and watch but if Sonam acts well in PRDP then I am quite sure that PRDP will help her

Apart from not being the best actor:

1) Imran got married early on in his career and at this time when there is so many new blood in the industry and "single" (with drooling fangirls) , he is left behind.

2) Also, Sonam and Imran don't display their personal lives out in public and both Deepika and Ranbir stole the maximum limelight right from the very beginning with their very public relationship.

I agree that Ranbir is a talented actor but I didn't find him great in his initial few films but he still always remained the hot topic because of his relationships. Same goes for Deepika.Out of the 4 of them, Ranbir is the only one I can call a good actor so if talent isn't your forte in this industry, you have to find other options to stay in the news. Thats life in BW

Yeah I don't think PRDP will take her to the top but it will surely give her career a much needed boost like Kick did for Jacky.

I don't see Khoobsurat doing anything for her though.
