So far Yrf has offered good films to my favourite, but I agree about others, especially Pari. Sure they gave her a lot of their projects with strong roles in them but somewhere it is now proving to be bad for her as the roles seem similar. The other actors from their PH who were given small budget movies with no promotions (and hence were unsuccessful) are sitting without work currently, or getting even smaller films to work in. If u fail to make it the firsttrtime, yrf doesn't help u get on ur feet again. They just dump u.

I think it is good for these outsider kids to be associated with yrf cos of the backing. Yrf has a lot of clout over media and top magazines and stuff. But the downside is that yrf are reallyyy stingy with promotions. They don't promote their protegees until they become successful, and they don't promote their films until they are fully confident of the product or it is a big film. I am sure bewakoofiyan, aurangzeb etc. Wud hv done much better if promoted and marketed well. Look how well utv and kjo promote their films. And their protegees!
