I applaud Rani and Priyanka'

Mumbai: Kareena Kapoor is in a good space right now. The actress says that unlike Priyanka or Rani who're doing women-centric action films such as Mary Kom and Mardaani respectively, she'd rather stick to doing commercials films such as her upcoming Singham 2.
"I will look funny doing action. I am better off dancing. I don't want to do something different for the sake of it," says Kareena who admits she's impressed by both PC and Rani's choice of films. "I really applaud what they're doing," she says.
The actress says she isn't working for awards either. "My husband has a National Award and I am more than happy looking at that photo. I can't work towards an award. In fact, Saif was surprised when he won it for Hum Tum. And that's how it should be; it should just happen."
Kareena is open about the fact that she can be a tad picky about co-stars. That's one reason she opted out of Shuddhi. "That film was synonymous with Hrithik. Once he opted out, I didn't want to be part of it either. Besides, Karan hasn't approached me again for it," she says.
"I can't work with someone as young as Varun Dhawan for example. He's a great actor, but I can't romance someone as young as him; that would be pushing it. I am an actor who is in check with reality. I am better off doing films with Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh."
