Yes Christmas is best date without doubt. But in end it all depends on word of mouth and content. Holiday can only ensure the opening is good not the run. It will depend on film al together which I am sure Bang Bang will be.

Ce and dhoom3 made more than 100 in 3 days . Now with more theaters bang bang will surely cross 150 easily in 4 days or a week time.

I dont think you should ask adi chopra , coz every filmaker makes movie to do business. Its janta whom u need to ask why did they watched dhoom3 or even chennai express. Coz end of the day janta is the king. I knew there was buzz coz of music and hrithik babraa affair through out the media . But I font remember even remotely intrested to watch the movie . But by just seeingbthe poster I feel intrested to watch bang bang . Even the sites like bollywood life who were crying with negetivity over dhoom3 liked bang bang poster. I remember there was so much negetivity over dhoom3 with media . But still public watched it. Some jounos were going extra miles to redicule the movie in there reveiws and word of mouth was mixed . Still public watched it .

Kites had no big heroine too, but Kat is an Alister, moreover, their pairing has created a lot of buzz.

Film's trailer and music isnt out yet, and if they are good, then the expectations are justified.

The biggest reason for so much buzz and expectation is because HR will be back in a dhoom2 avatar, after a series of hardcore intense roles, he will be playing something which is out and out commercial and can match the taste of the youth. So yes BB all the way.
