I really don't remember last time when a Akshay Kumar film had a good role for a girl. And what about Kareena!? Didn't she do films with Salman(bodyguard), Aamir(Talaash), SRK(Ra.One)... what happened to her? Well last I heard was that she had only 1 film in her kitty

.Here is where Alia's age is a deterrant...she cannot act against the older heroes...even the younger ones look old against her...the Khans will look like pedophiles acting against her and I am sure the Khans are not even going to touch Alia with even a 10 foot pole😆...she can't to roles like the ones required in movies like Race

She doesn't even need to do roles like that in Race... there are enough flowerpot girls to do it.

...Alia looks extremely ridiculous trying to be hot and sexy...its not because she is a bad actor...infact she has proved that she is a good actor...its just that she can't pull off those kinds of role even with good acting...so for now Alia will be stuck with doing roles that require her to play her age...maybe in the next 5-6 years she will look more mature and then we will see what happens..

I really don't think Maturity has anything to do being a star, or No.1 actress because in that case Kareena would have been one. Also one knows, every year no.1 spot for Actress keeps on changing... Yes Alia might have done only 3 films but in those films she has done immense confidence and people have started to belive she has potential to be no.1! Isn't that great in itself... I totally believe she can be No.1 actress not 3 years to be precise but yes in next 4 years maybe

I think entertainment world has no norms for age.

Even in past many actresses were padded up to make them look older and act opposite men older than their dads.

Alia is behaving unlike young maybe but at least acting with people that suit her age. So she is better off compared to others.

Though I agree this trend of young people trying to act like macho men or divas is odd. There is this child actor from Balika Vadhu serial who is now growing facial hair and trying to be a man though he is barely 18!

Weirdos...trying to grow up in teens and then trying to pass off as teens at 40.
