I just saw some replies and added my point to the discussion.

I'm just saying that there are still people out there who shall watch them and that's the reason producers pay them so high. If nobody is interested in them, naturally no one will approach them and they will be forced to hang their boots.

Still there are producers who think its better to use them than gamble on newcomers. How will industry get newcomers if we are still stuck with old failed actors? Do you think we would have gotten a fine actor like boman irani if Rajkumar hirani had stuck with Amitabh and not given chance to him? These actors are trying hard. You can see how desperate madhuri is to get back. We as audience are just sending a message that stop doing what you are doing and hang your boots.
