This film is getting really good reviews! Excited to catch it, though will see it only on Tuesday😭

Hope the movie is as good as the book. Movies always fail to keep up with the book in comparison

Maybe because it won't attract the hormonally active teenagers who will go to watch the movie thinking they will be kissing and making out throughout the movie.Add Karan Johar to that. The story of 2 States is unlike SOTY where you can depend on glamour and bare bodies of the leads. Guess the failure of the films with similar light story lines like WUS and EMAET from Dharma might have made them to focus more on the kissing.

If you take that out from the trailer, it will look boring for the teenagers. (It looks boring even after the inclusion of the kissing scenes for me).

And I hope you know what type of teenagers I'm talking about- The India-Forums wale teenagers.😆

LOL. Yup, got it! But I also agree with you about it still looking boring. Hope it lives up to the reviews it's getting.

The fact that Abhishek Varman is getting praised along with the cast in a film like this lifted straightaway from a book makes me feel that he might have done a good job.

Karan's ADs are better directors than him- Ayan, Shakun and now Abhishek.
