Except JWM,chameli , omkara i dont think she deserved any other awards and in fact she won for the movies i mentioned

I dunno about being rewarded, because it's always relative to what others have done that year.

Kareena gave 3 great performances in 2012 - Heroine, Ek Main Aurr Ek Tu, and Talaash.

Unfortunately, that was one of the MOST competitive years for actresses, with Vidya going all out with Kahaani and Priyanka bringing the house down with Barfi.

So it's relative.

But I loved all those three performances.

I did feel it was stupid that Kareena's own performance beat her own for a film coz it flopped.

They awarded her best actress for 3 Idiots over her performance in Kurbaan, which was 10 times more gripping!

Asoka is actually one of my fav kareena roles/performances...

Asoka has to be one of my favorite movie. Kareena back then was so experimental, she was annoying offscreen but she was a delight onscreen. She did Chameli, Dev, Asoka where other actresses were busy doing "safe" roles. She was competitive back then and had a knack of good script sense. Sadly, she is too focused on Saifu now.

I think as a whole.. Talaash was a very underrated movie..

Not only did it fare less in Bo than it should have but also.. At least it should hAve been nominated as a best movie of the year..

Defiantly 4.5 star movie for me..
