so I was watching YJHD on Tv the other day and I found it soo boring...which is surprising coz i liked the film when i first saw it in the theatres...but when i rewatched it, it was such a snoozefest...

On the other hand, i absolutely hated Ready when i first saw it and then i was re watching it on TV the other day and it didnt seem half as bad.

anywayz...u ever came across films that u liked when u first saw it, but then started to dislike/found mediocre on various re runs because they dunt have that repeat value? or the other way around where u hated certain films in the cinemas, but liked them the second time u watched it, or over the various re runs u saw on TV?

ZNMD. I never felt like watching the movie for I felt it's pretentious after watching the promos. When I watched it for the first time a few months back.. I thought.. it's an okay movie. But, I fell is love with the movie when I watched it for the second time.

Same thing happened with Luck By Chance.

I think, I must watch any Zoya Akthar movie twice to judge it.

mine is the exact opposite with ZNMD...i liked it when i first saw it...then after one rewatch i figured out that it was a piece of crap...😆

I loved LBC though...first time and through the rewatches...

The first time I watched it, I shut it off after 20 min but I tried again and I liked it

It was disappointing when I watched it the first time because the suspense was quite guessable. But I thought it was an interesting film when I watched it again.

Shuddh Desi Romance
Thought it was crap first time but I watched it again recently and Its Kinda nice
Or Maybe I am just on a Parineeti Rush 😆

YJHD - thought it was average film when I saw it in cinemas then when it came on Blu ray. I loved it. I often watch it on TV when it's on

Barfi - Thought it was crap it came out then slowly and steadily fall in love with it.

ZNMD - Never liked it when I saw it first. In fact gave up before they go for skydiving. But last year. I was watching it with mates and got addicted.

Bachna Ae Haseeno/Cocktail- Loved it when I saw it first time but impression went down.

Ramleela - I saw it in cinemas. The cinematography, the sets and costumes made loved the grand use of colour. The whole traditional yet out of world feel but with few days passing on. I realised how crap this was.

D3- cant blv i gave it 4.5 stars.. wanted to see it again and stopped when the rickshaw broke.. 😆😡

W*F kinda movie was that.. highest grosser 😡

KKHH . When it first got released I was like swept off my feet. I was in a haze of awe and wonder for days after watching it. I felt like I watched the greatest movie on celluloid. Ever.

Then I watched them again after 4-5 years and I felt I was watching a completely different movie. What kind of sappy, melodramatic, sexist tripe was this? Can't believe I was hoodwinked so much the first time.

Same..i'll add DTPH for that exact same sentiment too.
