Kareena apparently had a very serious relationship with this dude, son of a producer, also himself a Bollywood producer. He produced Talaash, that actually starred Kareena and Akshay back in 2002.

According to Maddy, Kareena ran away with him once as well, during the days she went to boarding school in Welhems. So it was quite an intense relationship I'm guessing.
