Kareena's affair with Vicky Nihalani was the most known one and she did date him for a while. She met him on the sets of Karisma's Andaz in 1993. Vicky's dad Pahlaj was the producer and the two teens started dating around that time

In a Filmfare interview during Talash she was specifically asked about her relationship with the producer of the movie, Vicky and she did say that she has known him for a long time.
