I don't know if Abhishek was "bitter", but he has changed a lot over the years. It almost seems as though he has given up to me, and even though he joked a lot on the show and tried to be witty and funny - for the first time it seemed kind of forced and not genuine. Watch his KWK with PReity or Ash, it seems like two different people. This time it seemed like an act.

As for his appearance, I don't think he needs to lose weight, he doesn't seem "fat" to me, but he certainly needs to present himself better. Whats up with his hair? Why does he not use gel? You're on national television and your hair looks like a bird nest on top of that his clothes? Whats with the velvet blazers, he really needs a stylist.

I've said this before and I'll say it again, I really do feel its hard for him to bounce back, he shuld honestly be a stay at home dad and let Aishwarya come back full time.

That guy was chilled. He was quite witty back then too. "Confidence is silent. Insecurities are loud." - This was him today. He looked like he was trying to justify his laziness in terms of grooming and maintaining a body by saying all that. He made it worse by talking about acting because all of the actors Karan mentioned maintain their body and act well.

He is a lost cause for now unless he changes his attitude. I was quite amused when Karan asked him if he feels competitive and Abhishek confirmed. To me Abhishek comes across as far from competitive when he blames others. He is very, very fortunate to be in the industry and instead of being annoyed when he is reminded of that he should be grateful.

The worse part is when all these people baby him and say 'Oh I don't even know how you manage to be Big B's son - I would die if I were in your place'. They think by saying that they will make him feel better but in reality they just a pamper a insecure baby who refuses to come out of his shell. Even in the final segment he was convinced at first he was going to lose. He changed that stance later when Farah said something. It is one thing to be realistic and a whole another when you give up before the game starts.

I haven't seen the episode but reading the comments here which have a unanimous voice, I have to say I agree with Abhishek Bachchan. He IS a far better actor than all those six pack, wooden planks. They all (fill in the names) can only dream of matching his comic timing in their lifetime and wish to reach the emotional level of a commercial film like Dum Maaro Dum in a decade's time.


Being fit doesn't mean one has to have a six pack/toned/chiseled body. So that Main Tera Hero guy is a better actor than Abhishek because he has a six pack/toned body lol gimme a break. Its a remake of a South film and original didn't feature a six pack star. At the beginning of his career Ranbir was asked whose career would you like to follow among Abhishek and Hrithik, he chose Abhishek because any actor who seriously love to 'act' would always find that scope in the choices that Abhishek has made as an actor.

People in the industry know his worth, the kind of films and with what kind of subjects he is pulling whatever the audience in, that is why he has been getting films and will continue to get films despite the obituaries written for him in media or forums like these. Because the people who matter don't care, any serious director if he wants an 'actor' for his film who is also a star of some sorts, Abhishek will always be on their shortlist.

So because the newer kids are more health conscious want a body that they can be easily chagned as required for films, they are not good actors? Ranveer had totally different body types and looks in like 4 of his films. BBB and Lootera are drastically different from RL and Gunday. Ranveer has said he would do anything to lend credibility to his character. No one talks about Ranveer's gujju accent for RL or his very believable Delhi boy act for BBB. He is not an actor who puts what is needed for the film, first?
