There are many movies around which are based on some novel, story or any other piece of fiction. I want to know that which stories you think will be make good movies, especially considering the case that everyone is behind remakes and copying.
In my POV there are few stories which should be turned into movies.
The home and the world- I think SRK, Vidya and Arjun Rampal would be awesome, directed by some good director.
I wanna see a movie based on Chughtai' stories, with rani and vidya balan...any story, doesn't matter.
Shadow lines- With so many characters, I think all best stars, and parallel cine stars should eb roped in.
The Kite runner- SRK, Aamir, Vidya/Rani, and obviously some good child artist.
Thousand Splendid Suns- Vidya, Alia(I don't know, she ahs that kinda face, but cant tell about her acting, though highway gives hope), Naseerudhin Shah, SRK.
Sea of Poppies- All my fav actors...SRK, aamir, naseerudhin, Irrfan khan, vidya, rani...everyone. And I can bet, with a right director, it would turn out into a CLASSIC.
These are the stories which I think would be really good...what do you guys think? Which stories you would like to see?
