Shah Rukh Khan did resume working on Thursday after getting discharged from Nanavati hospital but he has not fully recovered. Srk went through fresh set of tests on Thursday night after shooting for a song in the same hotel, where he was injured by a door. In fact, he has fractured his right shoulder.
A source close to SRK informs, "Mr Khan went through fresh set of tests last night post the shoot for the injuries he incurred on the sets while shooting yesterday. His right shoulder is fractured and left Knee Patella is torn. Doctors have advised him to take complete rest for the next two-three weeks."
It may be noted here, Shah Rukh met with an accident at a five star hotel in Mumbai today. SRK was shooting for Happy New Year at the hotel, when an 80 kg door was about to fall on him. The actor dodged the door at the right moment and sustained facial injuries. The superstar was rushed to Nanavati hospital immediately after the accident.
"Mr Khan had a minor accident on the sets while shooting. He has a minor injury and has got the necessary medical aid. Me Khan is absolutely fine now. Thank you for all your wishes," read the official statement from Shah Rukh Khan's office.
The superstar was discharged from the hospital after treatment. His wife Gauri Khan came to the hospital to receive him. Shah Rukh Khan waved his hand from Nanavati hospital to let his fans know he is fine. However, doctors have asked Shah Rukh to go for an MRI. Shah Rukh was shooting for a song sequence when the door fell on him.
