It is mindboggling that people still call Emraan sleazy because he kisses in every film. All the A listers kiss today on screen. Right from shah rukh to ranveer. Jthj had a kiss scene and it was made by the biggest A lister Yash Chopra. Shudd Desi Romance anyone? Heck even aamir kisses in his films. Raja Hindustani had a kiss scene that was all the way back in the 90s. Kissing is nt a big deal, it makes the film a lot more realistic. Ram Leela had loads of kisses and that was directed by slb. Its ridiculous to tag Emraan with such names. Now I'm not a Malika Sherawat fan but all the A listers mocked her, looked down on her for her sexy, bold image. But today's top actresses be it kareena, katrina, priyanka, deepika or vidya all have done sex scenes and wear revealing clothes, bikinis and what not. Bollywood is hypocritical

to be fair, Emraam Hashmi started this trend...when his career wasn't working using the normal without kissing track, he choose to do sleazy flicks to get his box office hits 😆

Initially the movies with kissing scenes generated curiosity because of the kissing and explicit scenes. Emran continued to repeat the act and soon he got tagged. Of course now he is trying to over come that. Whereas in case of other stars, the movie had other selling points to draw in audience.

With other celebrities, the USB of the movie is not the fact that it has a sex scene or a kissing scene. I did not watch JTHJ to see the kissing scene (actually, I would have avoided it completely had I known it was there).
With Emraan's movies, it's is expected that he kisses in his movies. I haven't watched all his movies but there are times where I feel the kissing is not required and they put it in anyway. It doesn't look tasteful.

Emraan had kissing scenes in almost every movie from the very beginning of his career, he didn't resort to it only when his movies started flopping. The point is his movies (except for few) have good story/music/acting as welll and not just a few kissing/love making scenes. The movies don't become hits only because of a few scenes. If that was not true, then all of Emraan movies would have been superhits, heck all the Bhatt (pooja/mahesh/vikram) movies would have been superhits.
Emraan does good movies with good storyline (even though they are very much inspired by international movies but well most of the BW movies are inspired) and can act well. Ash sucked big time in a good movie like Dhoom 2. The only movie where she acted well was HDDCS and maybe a bit of Devdas & Jodha Akbar.
I would choose an Emraan movie over Ash's any day just because I know that the movie would be worth my money.
