You know these guys, Tushar kapoor, fardeen khan, they even got their Dad Prodcuers/Directors, how come they ain't big superstar like Salman?

With money & influence, you can only GET a FILM, not that for 25 years people will give your films just coz your dad is actor/assist writer/director in film industry.

If u seen today's akki's episode, what did he said, he doesn't have any option, no big banners signed him for big films, same was with Salman, MPK, Baaghi, Sanam Bewaffa, u see all his films, you won't find those BIG Banners like Yrf/Johars to back him either.

Anyways, agreeing with your statement that selve made means no connection so its basically Akshay and SRK..!! But as said minnie meant those who made a big w/o big banners hence she did not include SRK!!

Salim Saab wrote Sholay, Deewar, Naam, 3 big banners, Sippy, YRF, Bhatts... None of them gave films 2 Salman khan on Salim Khan's recommendation.

How much does a recommendation save u? For 25 years, giving so many hits?

Even if we agree with you, Salim Khan recommended Salman, so does it mean AUDIENCE which made his films Big HIts were also asked by Salim Khan 2 do so?

MPK - Dabangg 2, Salman films doesn't get success coz He was Salim Khan's Son, Salman Khan is Salman Khan coz of himself only.

Who knows maybe Salim did ask people to sign Salman?

And where did I say Salman didn't become successful without big banners. Read what I said Billa.. all I said was that his dad already had connections, which means Salman had too.. and calling him selfmade and putting him in the same league as Akshay or SRK in that department would be unfair.

Now with influence you can indeed ONLY get a film, I completely agree with you. But aren't Salman fans always the ones bragging how Kat made it big because of Salman? LOL.

Seriously, i always see Akki fans saying this Self Made superstar, Salman got special treatment... When before 2000 Hera Pheri, Akki was delivering on an average super disasterous movies from 1991, very few success, he wasn't even BIG 2 even compare to Salman, superstar status hi nahi tha... Aaj jab he has work hard 2 achieve something, his fans just want to mock that too by mocking other big stars.

Don't bash Salman coz Some i repeat Some Salman fans bash Katrina... Look at what Katrina's work was from the time of Boom & Now how she is working. Do u think Salman was as bad as Katrina in Boom with MPK? Katrina always said this how salman helped her, despite not knowing the language HINDI, she got films, which in Salman's case was not the problem.

So u just bashing Salman coz Salman fans bashed Katrina... good, carry on... i thot you were giving your neutral views.

guys stop arguing ... our all favs made it big without Big banners 🤗

only one person who made it bcz of Big Banners is SRK 😉 overrated , self proclaimed King

rest all have earned the Superstar position by them self

salman is writer's son and ajay is action director's , had connections with BW ppl but not enough strong to launch their kids ...unlike Aamir's father who launched him

bcz of Salim Khan and Veeru Devgan Salman and ajay are not considered " Self made " , only akshay gets this credit bcz of no filmy background ... he Deserves it

But I am talking abt their superstar position ... they all entered in BW kaise bhi ... but after that whatever they did is what made them superstars ...

and Akki, Ajay and Salman worked with so many newcomers , took risks , no backing of Big banners unlike SRK who was only working with YRF/Johars whose movies were guaranteed successful and in 90s and early 2000s it was considered honor to work with such biggies ...
