The only reason I brought in Maduri and Serdevi was because there's a topic about Deepika being compared to them. I wasn't trying to compare Maduri with Katrina..but how about stop focusing on why I wrote Maduri and Katrina's name in the same sentence and focus on Deepika. Some members just love bashing Katrina any chance they get when the topic isn't even about her.

SLB has been giving flops par flops after devdas...ranveer films did not work for him...the only successful A-list actress was deepika in the film...in short to say she was the hero of the film which was why the film open to 16 crores...the film was not from Kjo production nor YRF...it was a individual identity film for deepika

Those who ranting that kats did it way before with NY n MBKD...her film opening was not that huge as RL...n both NY n MBKD is a YRF film...the biggest production house...one needs to give credit I will go for APKGK becos that film was individual identity film for kats with no YRF involve but even that film opening was not huge like RL

Credit should be given when it should...in this case deepika was the only reason the audience went to watch the film...but after seeing the film they came out being DeepVeer shippers

Not everyone is a fan of SLB complicated film making. ...after disaster in terms of guzarish n saawariya...the audience has given up on him as he have loose his HDDCS/Devdas touch...

The trade people says this proudly that deepika was the reason for such huge opening...with protest n sachin last match being hurdle for the film yet it made such great business...its due to deepika's stardom n she has proved it...after watching the film...the audience gave full credit to the entire team

If only Deepika can give a solo 100cr film + last 20 years then sure I'd agree with this. People are obviously forgetting the amount of controversies and promotional ideas they used to promote this film
