The same thing happened in Kismat Konnection, as well, didn't it?

Vidya's character was made to appear a couple of years older than Shahid!

Even in Guru, Aishwarya's character is supposdely a year older than Guru.

But according to 3 Idiots, Aamir and Kareena are of the same age, because they are both studying in college at the same time!😆

well to be fair, women do age faster than men...women look most appealing and by that i mean young pretty teeny boppers from their late teens to maybe early 30s...thts why heroines are recruited from as young as 16 years of age and they have a 10-15 year long career max after which their craze comes down considerably...

while men look their best after about 30 or 35 (usually) because they develop a sense of sex appeal when they reach true manhood (with 20s and teens being boyhood in a way)...and their craze actually increases with age...

ash, kareena, rani et all are still beautiful, but they dunt look like teeny boppers anymore so films starring them with younger actors need explanation for the audience, but the same dosent apply to the khans...

its a really unfair, sad, sexist thing...but its true...its easier for older men to create chemistry with younger women than the other way around...at the risk of grossing everybody out, if i was to quote barney stinson the saying goes "Whos ur daddy" not "whos ur mommy" if u know wht i mean...😆
