These two are two of the best masala flicks of this generation, getting commercial AND critical acclaim.

However, from these two, which one was better?

Lets not jump the train yet, not saying Chennai Express will beat out Krrish 3 or Dhoom 3 but it also will be in contention for that award considering it has NO vulgar scenes whatsoever and its the perfect family entertainer.

Dabanng didn't have any vulgar or intimate scenes and it seems CE neither (from the reviews). So on one hand I am kind of glad such films are doing better business than vulgar and adult films like TDP.

Haven't seen CE yet so can't vote.

Talking of The Dirty Picture...man is that an awkward film to watch with the family 😕

Dabangg was true masala movie..from its dialogues to action sequence all were more impressive than CE...😊

Because even if you dont like either of the films, which thats what it seems like from your response...one of them in your mind IS better than the other.

Chulbul is an iconic character, can't say that for rahul.


I loved Chulbul, such a lovable character. He even made me forget his awful acting.
