mm.. it wouldnt have been the same thing at all. I mean srk's role required a lot of innocence in it.. a 40 years old halwai who comes from mumbai.. I dont think Salman would have played it.. coz his roles are always larger than that. an wagera wagera.. business would have been nearly the same! Salman doing Chennai Express is like SRK doing Dabbang series.. i mean u just cant imagineit

If ETT on ramadan day can make around 33 cr, salman with ce wud have made 40+ cr for sure. also on eid 6th day it collected 20 cr, so eid 1st day it would have made another record of 40+ cr collection in one day.

CE is now dropping every day, film which has broken every record is now breaking in pieces, rest Akshay will break it from 15th. RIP CE 😭

no one can do SRK's Role in CE, SRK played himself in the movie and his role as a producer took the movie to entire new level, remakes to koi bi karte hain original is original. CE is Original Script with a star like SRK jo apni jee jaan laga deta hain and the result is infront of every one, har record SRK ke samne chota padgaya...

as it was an eid release, and salman had records in previous eids, i wud not be shocked if CE starring salman or any other salman release wud earn atleast 85+ crores on d opening day itself..

only becos SRK has gave a new record wid CE, no way proves anyway that Salman has lost his position.. nd no m not a salman fan but talking on a neutral POV..
