I know most of you like this film, including me thank you. I have watched this film twice this week, almost accidentally and thought of why the movie ended with Sid and Aisha confessing love. Now, was that ishq wala love?

Considering Sid was just a graduate, barely 21 and Aisha around 27. Can two people of this age fall in love? If Sid was to bring Aisha home, would his parents agree to their relationship?

What would you think could have been an alternative ending to this film?

when he is 61 and she will be 67. cant tell the difference then

then maybe i would hab thought differently If they had casted someone like varun with koko..but with Ranbir i didnt c much age difference..

BUT STILL I THINK AGE IS JUST A NO ..

6yr age difference is not much...even today i see so many couple where age gap is 5-8yrs...plus they were not to marry right away

i think, more than sid's family, ayesha's family would have objected strongly if they were to marry 😆

At 21, men are really immature. So it most likely wouldn't have worked out in the long term.

it wasn't a huge age difference anyway and I think it would've worked in the long time. Aisha and Sid just clicked. at first, Sid just had a boyish crush on her but living with her, he saw her fiercely independent side and respected that because she was all he wasn't at that time. similarly, Aisha just thought of him as a "bacha" but when time came he became a mature, responsible adult who didn't completely lose touch with his carefree side and more than her jazz loving Boss, she liked that childishness because that made life a little more fun...

Individually they were poles apart but together they brought out the best in each other. isn't that what love is? ❤️

i don't know...the beauty of the movie doesn't even make me think abt those things...all i know they fall for each other for some valid reasons. sid falls for her becoz she was the only one who made him grow up in life. to take responsibilities etc etc. and Aisha was a big bore whose life had been given a spice from Sid who changed her world. at a point she forgot what she really was. then opposites attract and they realize they couldn't live without each other so they expressed it. it was perfectly fine for me. the ending was superb. no doubts on that. for these kind of films i don't need to think what will happen beyond.
