I wouldn't call the change 'drastic' - She may not have been/is the prettiest, but she has her charm, with or without those surgeries.

she looks lovely...honestly i cant say abt others...but u do change a lot during ur 20s n 30s...i mean my pic when i was 18...n now after 10+ yrs r sooo different...some ppl who see my old pic cant eevn recognize me in those pics...

if i was a film star..i wud have been blamed for helluva lotsa plastic surgeries 😆😆😆, while i have had none😆😆!! so i dont blame PC as well!!

Also, with age u learn how to present urself better...n like i do see in my pic..my now pics r much more refined n better looking than my 20s pic 😉😉 thats coz i learnt the tricks of make-up well...n ur expermenting in 20s..n by the time ur 30..u knw exactly wat looks good on u! n somehow i feel its the same with PC to quite an extent...😊

n i mst say...she is damnnn HOT! even though she is a girl n i m one too...but when she is on -screen..she is the only female who catches my eye! katrina , deepika etc toh mujhe dikhte bhi nahi hai 😆😆 😆 n b4 any of u say anything..im straight!

Change - Probably not that much.

Polishing (as someone aptly said above) - Definitely! Nose job and upper lip surgery for sure!

Contrary to popular opinion, I think she made the best decision by doing something about the gap between her nose and lips. Back in the day, it looked extremely bizarre when she smiled. it gave her a very unfiattering look. She looks a lot better and hotter now. More than her old face, it's the old body that is missing. She had curves back then. Now she looks like a pole. Her waist-hip ratio is off in most recent pictures.

True. She looked like a happy version of Cruella from 101 Dalmatians. 😆
