There are visible changes in her face. The tip of her nose is smaller, her smile is more angular (clown like corners) whereas, before it was just an oval.

she DEF got nose surgeries...a few atleast. and she also had the gummy smile fixed. thats all i can see.

first pic her face is fatter and arms are fatter

she certainly whipped herself into shape

her figure has been thin for years now

i think she tweaked her face to make features

more streamlined but every actress has done

that

Yes she was and is very pretty...infact looks better...i really don't care about these actresses getting surgery done...but I could never understand...why someone who has won one of the biggest Beauty Pageants in the world would be dissatisfied with her beauty...Priyanka's face beat 80 other gorgeous faces...all of them winners from their country...and went on to become Ms World...If i were her I would never even touch that winning face...why she did that...beats me??😕

I think she looks great now! And being in showbiz, you have to do everything you can to look your best. She's groomed herself well. But lying about your nose is just insulting to everyone. We're not blind. That nose has obviously been altered.
