After looking at these pictures...

Her lips = still the same as before

Her eyes=still the same as before

Her face and cheekbones=still the same as before

All these could be markup techniques...

Her nose= looks slightly different from before

Maybe some kind of surgery there but when U look at her pics with out makeup she looks very different from what she looks with makeup on. Her nose is big without makeup. So I think she is made out to be the scapegoat of plastic surgeries when she has learned the tricks of makeup...
