SRK excels in negative roles, more than any other type/genre he's attempted lately, but Big B nailed it through his dictum, composed aura, cunning & the effortless mannerisms he brought forth, another plus for me was the cast involved in the original especially Om Shivpuri as Vardan, these two complemented each other brilliantly throughout

I haven't seen AB's Don so I'm gonna be biased and say I prefer SRK's versions

Btw my father has seen both versions; AB's & SRK's and he hates them both 😆

Without a second thought Ab's Don. They made remake of Ab's version that's show how it was/is popular and like by people

Ab Sr. all the way plus his chemistry with Zeenat was better than SRK- PC and the songs were better
