Katrina is one of the most beautiful actresses of indian cinema. She has charishma and has a huge amount of screen presence, she is very charming onscreen and that's what Madhubala was also known for. So she is the perfect choice. Also RanKat's sizzling chemistry will live up to the kishir-madhubala pairing.

Vidya lacks the charishma and she from no angle can do justice to madhubala's beauty.

She's actually older than Madhubala's age when she died and I dunno whether she'd have the necessary chemistry with Ranbir. Otherwise she's a pretty good suggestion as well. I'd pay to watch her play Madhubala.
